Domestic — Rio Grande Valley, Texas
Who we serve
Uninsured and underinsured residents of the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas.
What we cover
Medically necessary acute and subacute services provided at independent physician offices.
What we do not cover
Hospital bills, cosmetic procedures, and elective services are not eligible for assistance.
Financial eligibility
Patients generally must be at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
How payments work
Approved funds are paid directly to the physician practice — never to the patient.
International — Africa Health Access
Healthcare infrastructure
We invest in upgrading clinics and hospitals in partnership with local providers.
Medical equipment procurement
We source and deliver essential medical equipment to facilities that need it most.
Clinical workforce support
We support training, retention, and capacity development for clinicians.
Mobile outreach & community health
We partner on outreach programs that bring care to rural and underserved communities.
Current focus
Partner hospital infrastructure in Cameroon, in collaboration with local healthcare leaders.
